The Top of the World in Norway by Loen Skylift.
Experience Loen from a kayak, either at Lake Lovatnet or on the Nordfjord. We offers guided tours in double kayaks. The trip can also be combined with a hike. All tours include a guide, kayak, paddle, paddle jacket, vest, gloves, and paddle shoes. Some of the tours also include packed lunches and drinks. There is always a follow-on boat on the guided tours.
Loen Village is the home of Loen Skylift, that will take us from fjord to sky, 1011 metre, in 5 minutes. The Skylift gondol is the perfect way to explore the mountains and get amazing view of fjords and mountains. We will visit The Lovatnet lake to see the blue-green glacier water and beautiful surroundings.
There are two versions of THE LOEN TRIP.
Summer;
One is adrenaline filled with "Via Ferrata Loen" where we climb high above the fjord with a guide and we go for a long hiking in summer.
Summer skiing is also an option.
Winter;
In winter we go snowshoeing and with fast-paced sledges down the mountain.
The lite version of the Loen trip is more relaxed and you can choose between SUP or kayaking in summer and our hikes will be easy in winter as we do easy snowshoe walks.
Loen Skylift
The lift takes you sky high in 5 minutes, from Loen; 1011 metres above sea level. Loen Skylift opened in 2017, and makes the adventures of the mountains accessible to everyone. Spectacular views of the fjord, mountains and the Jostedalsbreen National Park, a sky restaurant, and the opportunity to explore the mountain hike.
