MOUNTAIN YOGA AND MEDITATION RETREAT
Gaustatoppen, rising 1884 meters above sea level, is ranked as the most beautiful mountain in Norway. Our hotel has the best view to the peak and in these surroundings. In summer we swim in the mountain lake and in winter we teach you ice bathing. We will enjoy floating saunas, meditation and yoga. In summer we hike or take train to Gaustatoppen peak.
We teach you breathing techniques and mindfulness before entering the clear and crisp mountain water in winter. Afterwards you will enjoy the hot floating saunas with panorama view to Gaustatoppen peak. We will hike to the top (in summer) or take the train inside the mountain all year. On a good day 1/6 th of the Norwegian country can be seen from the peak of Gaustatoppen.
